Taken from the Dubai Land Department's independent progress inspections, audited for RERA — not from a developer press release. Each one comes with photographs of the site on the day it was inspected.

Emaar have run The Valley to schedule and in several clusters ahead of it — Nima and Velora both hit construction milestones before the dates printed on their payment plans, and Farm Gardens started handing over on time. That matters when you're buying something that isn't built yet.
